Nicki Minaj blasts Kathy Hochul as an 'evil woman' facing 'God's wrath' and urges New York voters to back Bruce Blakeman

Nicki Minaj and Donald Trump, whose White House communications director Steven Cheung jokingly floated her as a potential new press secretary after the Michigan rally.

Kathy Hochul, whom Nicki Minaj urged Black voters and Christians specifically to support Republican challenger Bruce Blakeman against, currently leads him by 14 points in Siena University polling.

Rapper Nicki Minaj called New York Democratic Governor Kathy Hochul an "evil woman" who "will not escape God's wrath" in a fierce X post on Wednesday, urging Black voters and Christians specifically to back Republican challenger Bruce Blakeman in the governor's race. The broadside came days after White House communications director Steven Cheung jokingly floated Minaj as a potential new press secretary after she travelled with President Trump to a Michigan rally.

Hochul fired back, telling reporters Minaj should "get outside" and "stop going to Trump rallies, it's kinda poisoning your mind."

Blakeman piled in on social media, telling Minaj he had "the U-Haul ready" to oust "the worst governor in America."

Despite the fireworks, Hochul currently leads Blakeman by 14 points in Siena University polling, up from a 9-point lead in September.
