Noel Gallagher says being prepared to compromise with brother Liam made the Oasis reunion 'better than' ever

The Oasis songwriter, 59, told Amelia Dimoldenberg's Chicken Shop Date that compromise is 'something I'm not ordinarily good at'. He said it became clear 'after maybe a week of rehearsals' that the reformed band would match its glory days. The brothers stopped speaking after a 2009 backstage bust-up in France. They now head back on the road for Oasis Live '27.

Gallagher teased 'tons and tons of unreleased material' locked away in the vaults.

He revealed Sir Paul McCartney calls him 'Nolo' after meeting him several times.
