North Korea prepares to restart propaganda loudspeakers on the border within days as Kim Jong Un's sister threatens the South

Kim Yo Jong warned Seoul that 'our new firepower units have taken their firing positions' during a frontline tour on Tuesday. She inspected fortification work with Marshal Pak Jong Chon, one of her brother's top military officials. She branded the border build-up a 'sacred and great undertaking' and ordered troops to take 'prompt and resolute action'. She accused the South of firing warning shots at North Korean soldiers.
Seoul blames North Korean mines for blasts that injured three South Korean soldiers on September 21.
Pyongyang denies planting the mines and has threatened severe retaliation in the event of any provocation.
According to Seoul, North Korea has deployed as many as 7,000 workers to the border so far this year.
