He said the award 'was gotten by a woman that nobody ever heard of', meaning South African jurist Navi Pillay. 'I settled eight wars, and I got two more coming,' Trump insisted, citing Iran and Russia-Ukraine. The outburst comes days before next week's midterm elections.
Trump has previously aimed the same slur at Haiti, Libya, Somalia and Yemen.
He earlier branded Pillay's selection an 'indelible stain' on Norway.
Pillay joked she would offer to share the prize with Trump.
