The Architects Registration Board has barred Dr Karin Elliott for at least two years over a 2024 string of accusations against her neighbours in Norwich. She told a planning portal that one neighbour's chainsaw amounted to 'racial harassment'. Her French partner, Francois Girardin, admitted no neighbour had said 'anything directly racist'. He instead cited a Union Jack and a family cheering England against France.

The board branded her conduct 'misleading, lacking integrity and dishonest'.

The couple linked a newly built wall to the US President's border-wall talk.

The tribunal said she 'casually dispensed' serious accusations against other people.
