'Now it works': Zelensky says US warnings of Russian missile strikes are restored after Rubio called withholding claims 'scandalous'
Marco Rubio insists the missed alerts on the 13th and 18th were 'a technical matter', not a US directive. Volodymyr Zelensky had said Ukraine took Russian ballistic fire three times last week with no warning from America. After Oslo talks with envoy Steve Witkoff, he said the alerts would 'save lives'. Witkoff is due to meet Vladimir Putin in St Petersburg on Wednesday.
Rubio fumed that claims Ukrainians were dying from denied intelligence were 'outrageous'.
Pete Hegseth says US posture is unchanged but 'our guys' need Patriot interceptors too.
Rubio shrugged off Patriot delays: 'Every country in the world would like interceptors.'
