NYC teen 'waited 45 minutes' to call help after drugging and raping FIT student who then died

Moises Freire, 19, told the women that the fentanyl he brought to their Fashion Institute of Technology dorm was cocaine from Mexico and "did not contain fentanyl," which he called "poison." Both students immediately lost consciousness after taking the drug on March 18; Freire then raped one while the other lay unconscious feet away. The victim never regained consciousness at hospital and died three days later on March 21.

Freire, a Bronx native with no affiliation to FIT, sent friends photos of the naked, unconscious women while they lay dying.
