'Of course it's nepotism, you idiot': Sylvester Stallone defends casting his daughter Scarlet, 24, in his Paramount+ drama Tulsa King

Sylvester Stallone, 80, insists 'you're not a good parent if you haven't performed a little nepotism' because children 'come first'. The Rocky star leads and executive produces the show. Scarlet Rose Stallone plays Spencer, a bartender hired by his mob boss Dwight Manfredi. Paramount+ has reportedly promoted her to series regular for Season 5.

Stallone admits critics may say the job came 'too easy', but adds 'you either got it or you don't.'

Spencer, a barista turned horse caretaker, is drawn deeper into Dwight's operation in Season 4.

Scarlet is one of three daughters Stallone shares with wife Jennifer Flavin, alongside Sophia and Sistine.
