Ohio 'house of horrors' mom of 16 cradles belly in court as lawyer refuses to deny she is pregnant again

Elizabeth Siders, 34, appeared unsteady on her feet and cradled a visibly swollen stomach at her arraignment in Vinton County Common Pleas Court, where she pleaded not guilty to 19 counts of child endangerment and sex-related charges involving an underage relative. Her attorney Thomas Stolly refused to confirm or deny a fresh pregnancy, telling reporters only "I can't address that at this time." Ohio law bans handcuffs on pregnant women, and Siders appeared in court without them — unlike her co-accused at earlier hearings.
Stolly argued Siders has been "essentially pregnant for the better part of two decades" since marrying at 15 and never received proper postpartum care.
Sixteen children aged 20 months to 18 years were found in the feces-strewn Hamden home, described by authorities as in "almost feral" condition.
Siders' husband Gary Siders II and his parents Christina and Gary Siders Sr. also face charges alongside her in the case.
