Oregon school gunman who killed three children and a teacher used a shotgun bought by his mother, sources say
The gunman was Griffin J. John II, 16, a former pupil at Silver Rail Elementary in Bend who entered a special-needs classroom on Thursday. Police are still investigating his motive. At 12:58pm, a passing witness observed him toss his gun over a fence before scaling the school perimeter. Kaylub Giamanco, 36, a father of two pupils, shot him dead while a teacher grappled for the weapon.
Megan Lambert, 25, was killed in her first teaching job, which she called her 'dream job'.
Rhoam Summer, aged five, was the youngest of the three boys killed.
Saylor Graham, seven, survived being shot in the face, and her fundraiser has topped $380,000.
