'Our family's world is broken': Mother pays tribute after husband and two teenage sons die in a Colorado plane crash

Mark Hendrickson, 46, of New Castle, Colorado, was piloting a single-engine Piper PA-28 when it crashed in the West Elk Wilderness near Swampy Pass on Saturday morning. He died along with his teenage sons Alan, 15, and Case, 13, leaving his wife Jenni and their surviving son Coen to grieve the simultaneous loss of three family members.
The aircraft departed Rifle municipality at around 8.11am local time before coming down in remote woodland in Gunnison County.
Mark's sister-in-law Niccole Ruby Hendrickson urged friends to 'wrap our sister in law, their son Coen, my in-laws and family in unrelenting prayers.'
