Paris Jackson demands Michael Jackson's estate pay $600m into an unfunded family trust, 17 years after his death

Paris Jackson, 28, filed a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court accusing sole executor John Branca of keeping the family trust under his "iron grip" 17 years after her father's death. She alleges executors promised in 2011 to begin funding the trust but never filed the necessary petition, leaving her and brothers Prince and Bigi still waiting. The estate denies any wrongdoing, pointing to a massive IRS dispute over $700m in taxes and penalties as the reason funds cannot yet be transferred.
The estate insists over $200m has already been distributed to Michael Jackson's three children and calls Paris's accusations a 'complete fabrication'.
Paris separately demands the estate explain its use of private jets, escalating her broader challenge to Branca's management of the late star's finances.
Her $600m demand is scheduled to come before a judge on December 4.
