Patrick Clancy, 38, and his new wife Dr Rachel Danis are listing their 700 sq ft East Midtown condo for $6,550 a month from December 11, apparently seeking more space as they expect their first child together. The move comes as Massachusetts prosecutors weigh whether to retry Lindsay Clancy for the January 2023 murders of Cora, five, Dawson, three, and Callan, eight months old.

Lindsay Clancy strangled the three children with exercise bands then jumped from a second-floor window, leaving her paralysed from the waist down.

Her first trial ended in a sensational 11-1 jury deadlock and mistrial after she pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, claiming postpartum psychosis.

Patrick and Rachel appeared on '60 Minutes' last month to announce their pregnancy; Lindsay remains hospitalised in a psychiatric unit at Tewksbury Hospital.
