Police hunt dashcam footage after a driver in her 70s crashed into a Wolverhampton Lidl and killed a man
The driver, a woman in her 70s, left hospital on Saturday; West Midlands Police say officers will speak to her in due course. Paramedics believe she had a medical episode behind the wheel before the car ploughed into the Finchfield Hill store just before 6pm on Friday. A man in his 30s died at the scene despite receiving advanced life support. Two people are still in hospital with serious injuries.
Sergeant Chloe Collins is urging anyone who saw a blue Renault Zoe shortly before the crash to come forward.
Four further shoppers were treated at the scene for injuries not thought to be serious.
Police have confirmed the man's death is not being investigated as suspicious.
