Police hunt a suspect 'who may be in disguise' after a man, 35, is shot dead in an Enfield pub
Detectives have admitted they cannot tell from CCTV footage whether the suspect is male or female. The image shows a figure in pink trousers, a purple hat, black gloves and long, curly ginger hair. The victim was shot dead at The Sun & Woolpack on Hertford Road at around 9.30pm on Monday. No arrests have been made and a crime scene is still in place.
Detective Chief Inspector Allam Bhangoo described the killing as a 'senseless act'.
An air ambulance and armed police rushed to the pub, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Sun & Woolpack remained closed on Tuesday as forensic teams combed the premises for evidence.
