Footage from Tynant Road in Beddau, South Wales, where South Wales Police confirmed minor injuries were reported after a vehicle struck a group twice on Saturday night.

Video footage circulating from Beddau in South Wales shows a car ploughing into a group of people brawling on Tynant Road on Halloween night, pulling away, and then making a second pass at them. South Wales Police confirmed they were called at 9.05pm on Saturday and said minor injuries were reported, with investigations ongoing. No arrests have been confirmed.

Conservative Cllr Karl Johnson says anti-social driving in Beddau has been a persistent issue stretching back over 18 months.

Johnson says the vehicle struck a crowd gathered opposite the Welfare Hall on Tynant Road near the Post Office.

The councillor welcomed the speed of the police response but argued that the broader local problem has not received sufficient attention.
