Poll finds just 28 per cent of Americans see Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth as a strong role model for men
Only 18 per cent of Americans aged 18 to 29 consider Pete Hegseth a strong male role model — below his already-low overall approval of 28 per cent. The YouGov survey found 39 per cent of Americans actively rejected the Pentagon chief as a role model for men. Hegseth has ordered testosterone screenings for male troops over 30 and publicly called for women to be removed from combat roles.
