Presley Gerber, the only son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, died on Sunday at the Resolutions Living rehabilitation facility in Santa Monica — just one day after he checked in. A 911 call reportedly described a cardiac arrest, while a separate police dispatch logged it as a potential overdose; the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has completed an autopsy but the cause of death remains undetermined pending further testing. Family friend George Clooney, 65, who was described as 'Uncle George' to the Gerber children, rushed to the family's side, and wrongful death attorney John J. Perlstein cautioned against assuming facility liability while the investigation continues.

Clooney reportedly 'spent hours talking to Presley' over the years, advising him after a 2018 DUI and sending messages saying 'I am here for you.'

Sister Kaia Gerber's cat Tony also went missing days after Presley's death, with boyfriend Lewis Pullman helping put up 'lost cat' signs across her Los Angeles neighbourhood.
