George Clooney has made a firm pact to keep his nine-year-old twins Alexander and Ella entirely out of the public eye following the death of Presley Gerber, the son of his closest friends Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber. He and wife Amal are reportedly "deeply saddened," and Presley's death has reportedly hardened their resolve never to put a spotlight on their children. Clooney co-founded the billion-dollar Casamigos tequila brand with Rande Gerber and had been known as 'Uncle George' to Presley and his sister Kaia.
Presley Gerber, 27, was found dead on 20 September after going into cardiac arrest at a Santa Monica sober house he had only just checked into.
Footage reportedly shows Gerber apparently under the influence inside the Resolutions Living facility just hours before his death.
Gerber had reportedly 'got high' on the Saturday afternoon before his death, with his sober coach arranging his check-in to the facility that evening.
