Prince George reunites with family for 16-day half-term break after Kate's heartfelt admission she had 'missed' her eldest son

Prince George's return to Windsor gives the Waleses 16 days together, with Eton's half-term running until November 8. Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, eight, have also broken up from Lambrook School, meaning the family of five is reunited for the first time since George began boarding in September. The Princess of Wales had touched on the separation while stopping at a Norfolk charity shop.

Shopper Denise Ashton, 68, said Kate told her: 'She's missed him.'

Kate told one child at Café 98 in Hoveton: 'I can't wait to have them all home.'

Ashton hinted the family 'may be going somewhere' during the break.
