Prince Harry's eco-travel firm Travalyst plunges £13,500 into the red after years of profit

Harry's not-for-profit sustainable travel venture Travalyst recorded a loss of £13,542 in 2025, a sharp reversal from the previous year when the organisation held £138,827 in cash and settled a tax bill of £88,836. A spokesman insisted the shortfall was deliberate, calling it "a planned and small loss, very typical of a lean, not-for-profit organisation." The Duke of Sussex, 40, founded the UK-registered company in 2019 before quitting royal duties and relocating to the United States.
The Travalyst loss compounds a bruising year for Harry, who lost his legal battle against Associated Newspapers, leaving him and co-claimants potentially liable for costs of up to £34.5million.
Harry's corporate partners include TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Visa and Expedia, though the Duke has shed other roles — stepping down from the Africa Parks board in August.
He resigned as patron of Sentebale in March 2025 after a row with chair Dr Sophie Chandauka, another high-profile departure adding to a string of setbacks.
