Prince William gently mocked Ross Kemp over his on-screen paranoia during Celebrity Traitors when the two met in Ilminster, Somerset, quipping 'am I allowed to touch you there?' — a nod to the viral moment in which Kemp reacted dramatically to being touched on the shoulder. Gesturing toward Kemp in front of a group of young people, William said: 'Spoiler alert today — he's here.' Kemp confirmed that both the Prince and Princess of Wales are fans of the hit BBC series.

William and Kemp were in Somerset to launch Ready Together, a National Emergencies Trust toolkit helping communities prepare for floods and wildfires.

Kemp has previously said that Celebrity Traitors put him under greater psychological strain than his war-zone documentaries shot under Taliban fire.

The show, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, sees contestants compete for a £100,000 charity prize, with traitors who survive undetected claiming the full pot.
