Tommy Robinson is guilty of harassing two journalists because Britain is not a 'vigilante world', the prosecutor tells the jury

Ben Holt, prosecuting, branded Robinson's conduct 'bullyboy and intimidatory' and urged jurors to ground themselves 'in a country where there is law and order'. Tommy Robinson, 43, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, denies two harassment charges over two Daily Mail journalists. He hired private investigators to photograph the homes of Andrew Young and Jacob Dirnhuber. Holt said Robinson accepted this was meant to exert pressure.

Robinson wept in the witness box on Thursday when he was asked about his children.

He told jurors the journalists knew 'I'm not coming to beat them up'.

The row began with a Cyprus holiday story headlined 'Stoking riots from his sunbed'.
