Fulton County prosecutors filed an emergency motion on Thursday asking a Georgia court to order forensic interviews with minor children, raising the prospect of additional victims in the case against Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr, 15. The state told the court it has "good faith basis for concern regarding additional minors," and asked for video evidence — described as "explicit in nature" — to be reviewed in a closed courtroom. KJ, son of 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kim Zolciak and former Atlanta Falcons linebacker Kroy Biermann, was indicted last month on seven felony counts including aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. His October 14 arraignment looms as the case widens.
KJ faces up to 25 years in prison over an alleged April sexual assault of a female classmate, with seven felony charges on the indictment.
He was released on a $200,000 bond last week but must live at his mother's home, attend school virtually, surrender his passport and cannot use a phone or social media.
