Tories overtake Reform in multiple polls as the 'Badenoch Bounce' leaves Farage's party in third place

Nigel Farage's leadership is facing a full-blown crisis after two polls in a single week confirmed Reform UK has slipped to third place, overtaken by Kemi Badenoch's Conservatives. More in Common put the Tories on 24%, three points clear of Reform on 21%, with Labour leading on 28%. A year ago the same pollster had Reform on 33%.
Badenoch's conference inheritance tax pledge and child care reform appear to be driving the bounce, with her personal approval ratings hitting an all-time high.
Farage's personal rating has fallen to -26 while he awaits the outcome of a standards investigation into an undeclared donation.
Reform has shed 12 points from its October 2025 peak, with the party now haemorrhaging support to Badenoch on its right flank.
