ITV catches Reform councillors on camera calling Asian families 'parasites' and black children 'animals'
A year-long ITV undercover operation has caught Reform UK councillors and candidates on camera using violent racial and sexist language, triggering a series of resignations and suspensions. Alan Feeney, deputy mayor of Solihull Borough Council, was filmed saying non-white people should account for no more than one per cent of Britain's population and that Asian families should be forcibly removed from their homes and sent to Pakistan. Bromley councillor Dean Miller called for King Charles to be beheaded, claiming the King is a Muslim. Nigel Farage has postponed a major planned announcement in Essex as the party scrambles to contain the fallout.
The full ITV documentary, 'Undercover: A Year in Reform', is due to air on Sunday and is expected to include footage of senior Reform politicians at the party's UK headquarters.
Reform accused ITV of 'extreme methods of deception' but said 'there is no room for racism' in the party, adding that vetting procedures had been improved.
Labour called the footage 'truly sickening' and said Farage could not dismiss the revelations as 'a few bad apples'.
