Reform is stuck in third place behind the Tories for a second week as Labour surges to a four-point lead

Nigel Farage's party sits on 22 per cent in the latest YouGov survey of 2,520 adults, up just one point and still behind Kemi Badenoch's Conservatives on 23. Labour jumped three points, its gains coming since Andy Burnham ousted Sir Keir Starmer as prime minister. Reform led the polls for nearly 18 months, from March 2025 until August. Farage is due to hold a rally in Plymouth to try to win back support.

Reform's slide follows rows over donations, a police probe and an ITV undercover investigation.

Only 7 per cent of 18 to 24-year-olds would back Reform, against 32 per cent for Labour.

Farage has warned his party there is 'every chance' of a general election in 2027.
