Indiana Democrat Jaime West admits to Piers Morgan she drank 'THREE beers' before her viral 'we have guns, too' interview

Jaime West had earlier told the Connersville News-Examiner she drank just one beer before the October 9 forum. Pressed repeatedly on Piers Morgan Uncensored, the Fayette County Council District 4 hopeful went from a Coors Light to 'a couple' to three. She insisted she 'wasn't that intoxicated' and refused to retract calling MAGA Republicans 'racist'. She blamed nerves about facing 'a room full of Republicans'.

West vowed on Connersville TV3 to 'fire all Republicans' from county government if elected.

'I'm not friends with them. I don't like them,' she told Morgan, unrepentant.

Online viewers likened her slurring forum performance to a Saturday Night Live skit.
