Russell Brand allegedly grabbed a woman's breasts 30 seconds after meeting her before raping her in a Soho toilet, court hears
The MTV worker, then in her 20s, told police Brand wore a 'weird maniacal grin' that was 'like a clown' before dragging her into a flooded cubicle at a Soho birthday party in 2004. She said he told her: 'Come on, don't be a spoilsport.' The defence suggested Brand invited her into the toilet for a 'kiss and cuddle'. Brand, 51, denies all seven charges involving six women.
Brand faces three rape charges in allegations spanning 1999 to 2009 at Southwark Crown Court.
Under cross-examination, she admitted drinking 'six or seven drinks' that evening.
She told a producer friend at the time that Brand was 'a sexual predator'.
