Zelensky celebrates Starlink restoration after Ukraine blasts Putin's missile-parts factory in Russia with British Storm Shadow missiles

The Proton-Electrotex plant in Oryol, about 100 miles from the border, made parts for the ballistic warheads fired at Kyiv this week. Ukraine's general staff said the strike 'complicates the production' of Russian missiles. Governor Andrei Klychkov said three people died in a fire caused by the attack. Starlink speeds had been cut earlier this month, prompting talks with Elon Musk and Donald Trump.

Zelensky on the restored satellite link: 'The speeds are now where they need to be.'

The strike follows Britain's agreement to send Ukraine more bunker-busters.

Drone incursions forced 85 flight cancellations at Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport.
