Russia's FSB detains a minor who posted 'I found a place' photos of a Moscow park after a US terror tip-off

The detained minor had posted TikTok photos of himself in tactical gear and a balaclava holding what appeared to be an automatic weapon, alongside images taken at Tsaritsyno Park captioned "I found a place." Russia's FSB thanked Washington for the intelligence, describing it as arriving "through established partner channels" — a striking signal of security cooperation even as the two nations remain at odds over Ukraine.
Searches on the boy's phone revealed a neo-Nazi Telegram subscription and extensive research into terrorist attacks and mass killings.
Tsaritsyno, a palace complex built for Empress Catherine the Great, was temporarily closed on Saturday after the warning was issued.
The US issued a similar tip-off before the 2024 Crocus City Hall massacre that killed over 140 people — a warning Russian officials dismissed at the time as "too general."
