Russian billionaire Vladimir Potanin ordered to face five days of video questioning in ex-wife's multi-billion London divorce fight — as judge bins her $10.6bn dividends report

Russian billionaire Vladimir Potanin must sit alone in a room, camera on, for five days of his ex-wife Natalia Potanina's multi-billion pound London divorce trial, Mr Justice MacDonald has ruled. But the Family Court judge also handed Potanin a win, refusing to let Potanina rely on a forensic accountant's report that put his Norilsk Nickel dividends at around $10.
Priya Giuliani of HKA Global put Potanin's indirect Norilsk Nickel stake at 33.51 per cent, 5.1 billion shares.
Her £603 million needs claim, including £150 million for housing, is 'totally out of proportion', Potanin argues.
Ordered to attend 18–20 and 23–24 November, Potanin will hear his ex-wife's evidence and give his own.
