'SCAM': Trump threatens 'powerful legal options' to remove a second Dan Sullivan from the Alaska Senate ballot

The target is Daniel J. Sullivan, a retired teacher from Petersburg registered as a Republican. He is running against incumbent Senator Daniel S. Sullivan and Democrat Mary Peltola. President Donald Trump claimed the 'Dumocrats' put him up and said the judge who allowed it 'should be ashamed'. The Alaska Supreme Court ruled in June that he was qualified, and he denies being a fake candidate.

Some Republicans have dubbed the retired teacher 'Decoy Dan'.

'Even 1, 2, or 3% could make the difference,' Trump warned.

Ranked-choice voting carried him through after a top-four primary finish.
