First-look set photos from The Inbetweeners 3 confirm a major wedding sequence is at the centre of the Netflix film, with Simon Bird, James Buckley and Joe Thomas spotted in suits on location in South East England, 16 years after the last film. Blake Harrison's character Neil is the only one of the four not suited up, fuelling speculation over who is the groom. Marina Bye, daughter of Ruby Wax, plays the bride in a white strapless beaded gown with tiara and veil.

A guest's order of service bearing the monogram 'J&A' points strongly to Jay Cartwright as the groom.

James Buckley was spotted on set in a jacket bearing the words 'Cartwright Plant', suggesting Jay now works in his dad's business.

Emily Head is confirmed back as Carli D'Amato, Simon's teenage obsession — and Simon is also seen filming scenes with new US actress Hannah Cruz.
