'She's nauseating!': Nottingham locals savage Meghan and Harry after their first joint engagement since moving back to Britain

Friends of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle concede that 'some people have come to hate them, and that some people hate what they did'. Of roughly 150 people who gathered in Nottingham on Thursday, around half were reportedly media. The couple had feared the crowd's reaction and were relieved by the small but warm welcome. Harry even asked his wife to wear British designers to show allegiance to her new home.
PR expert Renae Smith warned that the security rows and Christmas-in-California story undercut the visit.
'That was a royal visit even if it wasn't,' one of Harry's pals boasted.
Housekeeper Charmaine Richards-Brown, 67, hugged Meghan and said Harry 'reminds me of his mother'.
