Sienna Miller attended the New York premiere of HBO's 'War' on Tuesday night in a feathered Erdem mini-dress alongside co-star Dominic West, 56, days after revealing she was pregnant for the entirety of filming. The 44-year-old said long days left her 'leaving and coming home in the dark', and co-star Phoebe Fox — also pregnant during the shoot — had her pregnancy written into the plot.

Miller welcomed her third child in April with partner Oli Green, 29, and the pair got engaged two months later.

Miller joked about Fox's on-screen pregnancy: 'She got in first — we sat together scoffing Freddos in between shots.'

'I'm so underslept and I kind of don't know who I am,' Miller said, adding she has 'completely lost her fashion sense' after nearly four years pregnant or breastfeeding.
