'Singing' man living in a Baltimore sewer who chased local children is ARRESTED but police can't evict him
Unique Wiggins, from Baltimore County, says her 21-year-old daughter rang her in a panic after a man ordered her to 'just dip'. Wiggins went to a manhole, heard someone singing underground and shouted: 'Leave my f***ing kids alone.' Police say the sewer is public property, so they cannot remove him. The man was arrested earlier this month, yet the family still feels unsafe.
The man reportedly turned down housing services offered by police.
Wiggins wants no-trespassing signs and the sewer holes covered over.
