Smart ring maker Oura pulls $15bn Nasdaq listing days after launch, blaming market 'uncertainty'

Oura had been on the cusp of raising up to $2.2bn through its Nasdaq float, with orders coming in at roughly four times the available share count — yet the Finnish smart ring maker has abruptly postponed the listing, citing turbulent conditions for new offerings. Chief executive Tom Hale insisted the company has "the luxury of choosing our moment" and that demand remained strong throughout the process. No new date for the offering has been set. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase were among the lead banks on the scrapped deal.
The deal had been structured around 50 million shares priced between $40 and $44 each, which would have placed the company's fully diluted valuation at around $15bn.
