Sober home where Cindy Crawford's son Presley Gerber died called police over another overdose seven months earlier

On February 18, a woman at Resolutions Living in Santa Monica was found unresponsive and required at least five doses of Narcan to be revived. Officers spoke with her and left without taking her to hospital. The facility held no licence to treat substance use. Gerber, 27, died there on September 20, and his family is reportedly 'exploring every legal option'.

His sober coach reportedly warned staff he was high, but they admitted him anyway.

The facility's admissions officer was reportedly fired after Gerber's death.

Owner Dr Reza Nabavi declined to answer questions about admitting Gerber.
