Someone in Lewisham is sitting on an unclaimed £5.8 million Lotto jackpot and does not know it yet

A Lotto ticket worth £5,844,340, purchased in Lewisham for the September 26 draw, has yet to be claimed. Its six winning numbers — 22, 27, 38, 42, 47 and 59 — were all correct, but the holder has not come forward. The deadline to collect is March 25, 2027, after which the money passes to good causes. Andy Carter of National Lottery operator Allwyn is calling on anyone who bought a ticket in Lewisham that evening to check it without delay.

A EuroMillions prize of £256,117, won on a ticket bought in Bromley from the September 25 draw, is also going unclaimed.

Three further players each won £1 million in the same September 26 Lotto draw by matching five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball.

A special £12 million Must Be Won Lotto draw is scheduled for this Saturday; 140 Lotto millionaires have already been made so far this year.
