South Korean AI data centre firm plunges 32% on its stock market debut as investors shun the sector

The company is Elice, a South Korean builder of AI data centres. Its shares tumbled in their first day of trading after its initial public offering. The fall was put at 30% earlier in the session and at 32% in later coverage. The slide came at a time when investors were steering clear of data centre stocks.

Its 32% plunge wiped almost a third off the value of its shares on day one.
