Stevie Wonder sues to evict his ex-fiancée from the LA home she has lived in rent-free for nearly 40 years

Carmen Efferson moved into the Studio City property in July 1988 under a verbal deal setting her rent at $0, the complaint says. The row erupted this summer when she refused entry to an insurance inspector, allegedly telling Wonder's lawyers she felt 'harassed'. She ignored an August 27 deadline to leave and still lives there. The 76-year-old singer is also seeking damages and legal fees.

Her email allegedly accused his lawyers of a 'white male privilege' tone.
