Professor Sohier Elneil, the urogynaecologist who performed an unnecessary bladder operation on Deborah Biggadike without her consent, now faces a suspended committal order after Mrs Justice Lambert found she deliberately skipped a 20 May 2025 High Court appointment to be questioned about her means.

Process server says Elneil ignored his appointment letter and told her building's concierge to refuse his papers.

Flyer advertised her speaking at a Leeds academics' event on 20 May 2025, her court date.

Costs certificate for £434,876 compounds the debt, and regulators extended her suspension for lacking insight into dishonesty.
