Surveillance video shows ICE vehicles with lights and sirens chasing Venezuelan migrant before Austin shooting

New DHS-authenticated footage contradicts the attorney for Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, 28, who claimed officers used an unmarked vehicle to run him off the road without warning. Bodycam video from Austin police also shows officers helping Garces Perez from his car, not dragging him out, and no visible damage to his vehicle. Garces Perez, who needs surgery, remains in custody after being shot in the neck during the weekend arrest attempt.
