Reid said: 'If you're not going to enjoy yourself in a swimsuit, what are you doing in Ibiza at 55?'
GMB has been shortlisted for best daytime programme at the National TV Awards for the first time in years.
She compared the moment to Angela Rippon's famous high-kick on Morecambe and Wise, saying it 'didn't feel out of place.'
