Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald will take the stage on November 17 in front of 5,000 guests, three days before their tenth album, Dreamers, is released. The trio follow Kylie Minogue, last year's star act in Rio de Janeiro. Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar will host. Five winners will each receive £1million, and the Princess of Wales is expected to join William.

The band said India is somewhere they have 'always dreamed of bringing our music'.

Rami Malek, Sachin Tendulkar and Simone Ashley are among the stars due to attend.

Earthshot boss Jason Knauf promised 'the biggest and best Earthshot Prize Awards Night yet'.
