Tearful Harry Styles debuts an unreleased song for Liam Payne at Madison Square Garden on the second anniversary of his death
The track, called 'What Is Enough', contains the line 'I could tell you what it's like to bury a friend on a Wednesday night'. Payne's funeral was held on a Wednesday. Styles, 32, told the New York crowd: 'Two years ago today, I lost one of those friends.' Payne died aged 31 in October 2024 after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires.
Niall Horan also broke down while singing 'End of an Era', his own song for Payne.
Styles urged fans: 'Tell someone you love that you love them.'
Payne's parents watched from the crowd as Styles named 'my dear friend Liam' at Wembley.
