The Greatest Showman will make its world premiere in London's West End at Theatre Royal Drury Lane on 5 May 2027, with preview performances beginning on 14 April and the initial booking period running until 2 October. Disney Theatrical Group is producing the stage adaptation of the 2017 Hugh Jackman film, marking the first 20th Century Studios title it has brought to the stage. Tickets go on general sale on 18 November at 12pm GMT, with priority booking opening on 3 November.
Oliver Tompsett plays P.T. Barnum and Samantha Barks — who originated the role of Elsa at the same Drury Lane theatre — plays his wife Charity.
The score features Grammy-winning film songs including 'This Is Me' and 'A Million Dreams', plus brand new tracks written by EGOT winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul for the stage.
The production is directed and choreographed by two-time Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw, with circus creation and design by Lorenzo Pisoni.
