Holly Hagan has revealed that one of Darci Rose Gibson's tattoos read 'live where your heart finds life' — a discovery the family made just as Darci's heart was being prepared for donation. Darci died after an accidental crystal MDMA overdose following a night out at Manchester's Warehouse Project in October 2025. Holly used a doppler to capture her sister's heartbeat, which she had placed inside a bear for their parents. 'It was the day you saved a life,' she wrote.

An inquest found Darci died from multi-organ failure and an MDMA overdose.

Holly prayed on her utility floor for the stranger receiving Darci's heart to live.

Her son AJ asks whether Darci is with Mufasa in heaven: 'I won't let anyone forget you.'
