'The show must go on': Nicole Scherzinger performs Düsseldorf Pussycat Dolls gig despite SEVERE leg burns from boiling water

Nicole Scherzinger suffered a burn stretching from her knee to her ankle after boiling water spilled on her leg just an hour before she was due on stage in Düsseldorf, Germany. The Pussycat Dolls singer, 48, posted a photo of the raw, blistered injury to Instagram Stories before going out and performing the full show anyway. She then travelled to Amsterdam to perform again the following day.

Scherzinger captioned the gruesome photo: 'Nothing like boiling water falling on your leg an hour before your set — but the show must go on.'

The trio of Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt are now heading to the UK, with dates at Birmingham's Utilita Arena, Glasgow's OVO Hydro and The O2 in London.

The European run comes after the Pussycat Dolls scrapped all but one of their 33 North American dates following ticket sales that left arenas 80 per cent empty.
